
This picture is taken from the south end of the bridge, it was 37 degrees outside and windy on the bridge, we didn't venture far out on the bridge on foot. The view is northwest, towards the Pacific Ocean. Beyond the smaller islands, you can see Canada in the distance.

Same place, but a different angle. The view is of the north end of the bridge, or the main land.



Oh and in case you didn't realize it falling from anywhere along the trail near the bridge can be deadly.

I love it when there's a lesson, too, in your post, along with great pictures. Who knew about falling? Hope your turkey day was not a turkey, especially since you were with MIL.
Love it when they state the obvious. I suppose somewhere there are people who don't realize that--but then, that's what the Darwin Awards are all about! Anyway it looks gorgeous and I'm insanely jealous of your COLD weather!
